WATCH! 38 Special performs ‘Hold on Loosely’ LIVE – 1981

Another great “southern rock” anthem, this time from the band 38 Special. It’s their 1981 hit ‘Hold on Loosely’ from their fourth studio album Wild-Eyed Southern Boys. It eventually hit number 27 on the Billboard charts. Interesting Fact: 38 Special was founded by Donnie Van Zant, whose older brother Ronnie was the original lead singer for Lynyrd Skynyrd who died in that infamous 1977 plane crash in Mississippi.
