WATCH: AC/DC’s “Highway to Hell” covered by Ukrainian Band With Female Lead Singer: What do you think?

So, lots of people have tried to cover AC/DC’s iconic “Highway to Hell,” but a rock band from the Ukraine with an attractive female lead singer doing the vocals? We found this video while searching for something else and decided it was actually quite good, and with more than a MILLION views, a lot of other people must think so as well. The band is called Sershen & Zaritskaya and they actually have quite a few other covers of classic American rock songs. “Highway to Hell” is the opening track of AC/DC’s 1979 album Highway to Hell. It was initially released as a single in 1979.

The song was written by Angus Young, Malcolm Young and Bon Scott, with Angus Young credited for writing the guitar riff which became an instant classic. AC/DC had made several studio albums before and were constantly promoting them via a grueling tour schedule, referred to by Angus Young as being on a highway to hell.
