We’ve been doing some digging into some old AC/DC videos and came across this one that claims to be the last recorded VIDEO of AC/DC’s original front man, Bon Scott, who died suddenly 12 days after this video on Britain’s popular “Top of the Pops” television show on February 7, 1980 after a night of heavy drinking. According to reports, Scott was known for having a drink or two, so it wasn’t surprising that he spend the evening that winter indulging with some friends, only to have his body found in his car, with the driver’s seat reclined. He had sadly choked on his own vomit and passed away at the age of only 33. AC/DC would go on to be successful, but after you hear this or any other Bon Scott recording with the band, you’ll realize they were never quite the same.
If you happen to find a video recording made of Bon Scott with the band after February 7th, please let us know because we’d like to share this man’s enormous talent with our readers.
Here they are, AC/DC in their last video performance with Bon Scott, singing “Touch Too Much!”
